CTC Demands
I have 9.5 years of experience as an HR professional. 8 years I was working with a small IT firm and 1.8 years im working in manufacturing industry as an HR now my CTC is 5.7 LPA. I have always felt I'm under paid.. So far I have developed and improved my skill set much. I'm doing my best in terms of work.what can i do to improve my salary.for this many years of experience how much can I demand ? Kindly help me.
