Dislikes

Not appreciate work or recognition from company No any reward, there is no motivation. Favouritism is there at the time of promotion. Have to fight what we want. Not proper evaluation of work eighter No work as per skillset

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
