Dislikes

Lot of work pressure, no future, no growth, no salary satisfaction, pathetic increment, no safety and security in job, duty timings are so worst that in timing punch in timing is proper however punch out timing is not identified. As per hr we are supposed to come office and leave as per office timings however our manager tell us to extend the timing untill and unless the work is not getting completed. Manager and the employees play politics as they don't have gutts to face a performer employees due to which because of any reason they removed good employees from the company and keep useless employees who don't work at all an keep bitching with the mangers....Read More

I work with Schindler for 2 years. As a customer engineer. However I am dissatisfied with Schindler elevator and management, I terms each and every thing.
