I want to highlight the point that when I joined the organisation around april last year, the structure of the company seemed solid, though you are always pushed to work on your off days too, Slowly the good started fading and the changes in the company every cohort is just ugly, Every manager, SM and AVP, think theyare doing doing the most, but in fact they are not doing shit, just sitting idle and demeaning ppl. Use of abusive language is very common. And the best part is that they are comparing themselves that it’s not Byjus. Dude you are on that trend. Stop bullshitting ppl. In every 2-3 months your team will be shifted, company’s excuse is that they want you to work in a dynamic environment, Utter stupidity, it takes some time for any human to adapt to changes. You will witness your numbers falling down and you won’t be able to relate to the next person and suddenly again your team is changed. The company doesn’t have a solid management, let’s come to the worst part they introduced a policy of 150 mins tt compulsory for you getting paid for the day. Let’s be real when you don’t have marketing budget and dealing with working professionals as your client, it’s difficult to meet it on a daily basis. So the company is saving up money by cutting down its hard employees pay. Shut the company if you don’t have the budget to run it. Angshuman it’s high point you intervene on the toxic culture set by Solanki and his other AVP puppets. Grow a company on ethics, The HRBP doesn’t even have the nights to hear an employee’s grievances and act rationally on their own. Unlike other companies I have seen where the HR holds a lot of power for resolving things.
