The vision and mission is linked with each department and it is well-established how they can contribute accordingly. Like the story of Scaler Academy and they offer better salary as compared to their competitors.

Dislikes

No systematic training is given. They experiment with luck during training period expecting at least 1 sale out of dead leads, which is possible however 75% of it depends on your luck. No relocation bonus. No festival bonus. No perks.

Everything is there to dislike, managers and senior managers are fraud, never give assistance and take our potential clients to gain profit for themselves knowing we can’t do much as interns sitting at home. Managers use harsh and bad words to belittle employees without any knowledge of email sent to them regarding period leave for females.

The incentives were nice, highly competitive but nice if you are a performer. There’s growth if core sales is your passion .

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and it gets really hectic. Lot of pressure from top and theres no social life possible outside of office . Lot of internal politics. 5 days working but in effect it goes to 6 or sometimes even 7 days a week .
