The transparency in the hierarchy. The lack of pressure on weekoffs. Sales is a thankless job where your targets usually determine how many rest days you get. Targets or no targets, Scaler does not allow you to work on weekoffs and your manager will not even call you for a small clarification in those two days.

Dislikes

Managers are pressured with too many things to handle. It makes it difficult for them to mentor new joinees and help them improve their sales pitch
