Please don't fall for the salary they are offering you . They are gonna take your life out of you and will kill you mentally gradually. Worst work culture,ever . No personal life ,no mental health, nothing. Please don't go . They expect you to work 24/7 . And if not, will make you work. Technically , give days working model and practically seven days. Will make you feel bad for not working on non working days. Management is the worst . Very strict working hours . Will have to come at the earliest and you are expected to go back as late as possible....Read More

Tbh there is nothing like that.

Dislikes

They'll put unnecessary pressure and job stability is the most concern. They don't think about their employees and procedure for sop is in such a manner if they want to layoff they can do in a week. Recently more than 600 layoffs on the name of cost cutting while not giving good set of leads and PIP comes very frequently. Forget about personal life.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
