Layoff, Layoff, and Layoff. Every day you will just hear about layoffs here. The moment you enter in the premises, You will hear, people talking about one topic only, that is layoff. I have seen people working hard till last night and very next morning they were asked to leave. As a reason politics and toxicity at the peak here. They fired people at every level from trainee engineer level to CEO. So anyone joining in thinking that layoff will not happen at there level, you are doing a big mistake. OR if you are thinking you are having adependency, and they will not fire you, again its a mistake. If this is the only offer you have, I would suggest to stay in your current organisation. This company has no future roadmap and will ruin your career. They may offer you good initial package to attract you, but its better to earn less, than being in trauma of jobless....Read More

Worst experience ever. Joined the company as a Product manager and was laid off within 6 months without any prior notice. After the merger with Axway, the company is in shambles and all the quality work is being handover over to the major stakeholder in the merger. Terrible terrible place with micromanagement and irritating bosses.

Absolute shit. Do Not join. Salary appraisal and job security, nothing is there.

There is no 360 degree survay to rate managers, so they do whatever they want. So much micromanagement with no appreciation no matter how much work you do. You will be judged from day one and the older employees will criticise you like “ I can do this in 2 hr”, direct attack on your psychological safety. Overall a ver bad experience with sofa.

It used to be good company but nowadays this is just a company which pretends to be product based but none of the product are competitive in the market , moreover loosing the existing customers.
