Work environment is good and culture about the associate people, they are very responsible and respectful.

I will tell there is no job training, support from the teammates and not responding to anything to learn to work, because they are not good at team work and due their politics and onemore thing salary less, there is no recognition and appreciation totally waste by the worst management system.

I was working in our company as executive trainee in production department, I'm taking responsibility of handling the shift plan, production plan to execute to shift in charge and controlling rejection by monitetering the machine parameters and foreman.
