Everything is worst in SBICAP Trustee Company Limited (STCL). The biggest negative of STCL is that the HR deceives about the job profile and KRAs while recruiting and once the candidates joins, it comes as a shock that what you were apprised was completely different from what you are doing. No training ever happens. You have to learn on your own. SECONDLY, THERE IS SO MUCH PARTIALITY IN THE COMPANY THAT A PERSON WHO IS VERY MUCH LESS EXPERIENCED IS HIRED AT A POSITION AND PACKAGE OVER AND ABOVE THE EXISITING EMPLOYEE WHO SLOGGED FOR STCL AND IS NOT GIVEN ANY ACCOLADES OR RECOMMENDATIONS. NO CARRER GROWTH. SALARY AND APPRAISAL ARE THE THREATING WEAPONS USED BY THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT OF STCL ON THE GROUND THAT IF BASIC WORK IS NOT COMPLETED THEN NO SALARY AND APPRAISAL AND ALSO STRAIGHT AWAY TERMINATION. POLITICS IS AT UTMOST LEVEL WHERE FEMALE EMPLOYEES ARE GIVEN PREFERENCE AND MALES ARE HARRASSED. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE DESPITE A GROUP COMPANY OF SBI. IF INNOVATION IS TO BE ASKED THEN IT IS ZERO. I COMING FROM LEGAL BACKGROUND OF PQE OF 5 YEARS WAS APPRISED BY HR THAT MY KRA WILL BE LEGAL DRAFTING AND VETTING. HOWEVER ON JOINING, IT CAME AS UTTER SHOCK AND SURPRISE TO ME THAT ONLY 5% LEGAL WORK IS THERE AND REST 95% IS OPERATIONAL WORK WHICH INCLUDED PHOTOCOPIES, OPERATING SAFE CUSTODY FOR KEEPING AND REMOVING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, BEING A RUNNER TO BRING DOCUMENTS FROM BRANCHES OF SBI WHEREIN THE SO CALLED STAFF OF SBI THINKS THEMSELVES NO LESS FROM GOD AND CAUSED HARRASMENT AND AGONY BY MAKING WAIT FOR COUNTLESS HOURS INSULTING ON THE FACE BY CRIBBING ABOUT SERVICE OF STCL. Being a legal guy, I was entrusted with documents photocopy, being a runner to bring documents from SBI Branches. Collating those documents and making packets for safe custody, fixing appointments for senior management with KMPs of Fortune 500

Work environment was really great there, Seniors didn't treat me like as i was a junior. They've made a home like environment it feels like you're working with your family members in your house. It was a really great experience.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike, if you love doing your work abd you're not a slacker then there isn't anything to dislike
