If you will join this company by thinking that this is group company of SBI then it's a huge mistake and you will regret like anything because this is one of the worst company I came across in my career of 5 years. They will fire you at anytime by saying your performance is below acceptable standards without prior discussion with you. They dont have clarity of your KRA but when it will come in their mind that they want to reduce cost they will fire you. Forget about firing employees they fire there office boy by ( seriously from office boy's salary how can someone reduce cost) please don't join this pathetic organisation...Read More

I don't like any thing about SBICAP Trustee it one of the worst organisation I came across.

There is no job security they can fire you within one month of your joining even if you are on payroll of the company forget about the contract. Company is run by one individual. If your mental health is important for you please avoid joining this company. They will not provide you KRA but they can provide you notice of termination by saying your performance is below acceptable standard and after issuing notice they will ask there managers to prepare a KRA. hahaha they run a organisation like comedy circus.
