The behaviour of Senior manager,the way they talk to their team member.They want only the benefits of the company but not want to work for the company.They only look for their benefits not the team members.Very worst team I have ever seen.Also they will take money from employee if he is not working or serving notice period.

Nothing good. RM is constantly making pressure to open demat a/c. Irrespective of customer interest. To speaking a lie to customer is not good for good workers. Disadvantages of Working with SBI Securities: 1. Short Training Period:The training duration is extremely limited, typically only 15 days. If there's an immediate requirement on the floor, training might be even shorter, and you'll be expected to start working with minimal preparation. 2. System Issues:The company uses outdated software that often malfunctions, leading to frequent system failures. Despite these technical difficulties, you are still expected to meet your targets, even if the systems fail, which can lead to longer shifts and additional stress. 3. Technical Issues with Website & Application: The website and application experience technical problems once a week, which leads to high volumes of escalations. These issues take time to resolve due to low manpower, causing constant pressure on employees. 4. Lack of Support: Even if you join the floor without proper training, don’t expect much help from your team leader. They are unlikely to assist with your concerns. If you escalate this issue to your manager, you’ll be told to change your working pattern, and this may result in your team leader targeting you for making the complaint. 5. High Absconding Rate: Many employees leave the company abruptly because they find it difficult to serve their notice period due to the stressful work environment. 6. I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

You can't expect the large volume business from every SBI branch so pressure is to sell demat accounts on employees.
