Everything has been made very tough or tight to achieve by adding term and condition Can't get promotion whether you achieved 500% of your budgets Can't get Incentive whether you achieved 500% of your targets Can't get leave for then 5 days at a time Can't stay calm on holiday too, Can't stay on nill for the day whether you contribute 10lac regular day before, Salary increment will be applied on proreta basis after reducing LOP of the FY.
