One of my Manager during the Tenure Mr Nishant Anam though people may appreciate his work style but when it comes to team members problem he is least bothered to help with the issue And when it comes to leave when we have our eligible leave we aren't allowed to Take and he tells you can approach to the DMD also but I ensure that leave is not approved Do you guys think we have valuable time to waste by contacting Mr Anand Pejawar when Nishant Anam has to do all process The above mentioned point should be reaching HR DESK though no action will be taken As i have not been able to take a single long leave in my 3years of SBI general And it is like when we are giving exit interview we are not able to write against our Manager about the issue he had otherwise it will affect process rating and I had to tell HR that I had further studies because of which I am leaving...Read More

I was hired and trained as an Application Development Manager but after my management trainee period of 1 year my role was changed to Business Solutions Manager, I still develop applications for them but this is a major red flag as I might have difficulty switching to a better opportunity in the future
