SBI general insurance company is very good in the whole general insurance industry.This company is very supportive of its employees.

SBI General is a very good company, but the people who have been working here for 10 years have spoiled the culture of this company. They think that we have a government job and they challenge the employee to do whatever you want. I asked my senior for 2 days leave that I had to submit my MBA assignment but my manager tells me thatif you have to work then follow my instructions. I will not give you any leave and if you want to study, then you are sitting at home, study, there is no need to do a job. And the best part is that the HR department here is the worst. If you complain to them about anything. He doesn't take any action on it at all. We have every Saturday off in our company's HR policy, but our seniors call us on all four Saturdays to harass us. Till 2019 company was good in work life balance, Skill Development, work Satisfaction and Company Culture. now a days company stands no where culture is pathetic, even TOP management has closed their eyes on frequent exit at BDM level. Actually they forgot to balance between desire & practicality.

System & lengthy process , after 13 years still SBIG is not able make their place in Market (ie. BIRTH companies under stand the market).

Management some time focuses on micro management and in result they are loosing business & vintage employees. Processes and SOP's are very slow and not clearly trained to executives and immediate hirarche.
