Job Description -
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisor and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
- Maintain persistence for the policy procured by the team of advisors to overall achive the profitability of the team.
