Nothing to be liked about SBI General. No planning, no strategy with seniors. Very poor management. Naam bada aur darshan chote...

Dislikes

Don't see any growth path in the company, even they don't have planning what to do and how to do? Lot of politics being done by the seasoned employees.

Work Details

No work life balance, stress because company doesn't have clear vision, neither they have planning nor any strategy so employees feel suffocated.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
