Good work environment could be provided but No job security you cab thrown out next day if you don't oblige with company policies, work culture: Team mate and staff are Only people Generous there, Management Policy will hinder your only Growth opportunities in life.

To dislike you have to like it first else from incentives nothing good cames in my mind thinking about company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
