Job security is there but partiality and politics 7days work culture... Even if I take a leave I am working from home and applying for leave harrasment even off-role on-role jealousy even on-role people are always in trouble more challenging environment for on-role people is there overall a very very poor culture

People working there are very unprofessional specially those who are off-role extremely unprofessional jealous no knowledge sharing system is there Manager is not supportive
