Not an employee centric company Growth Opportunities are very less Most of the time IJP's are freezed IJP are based on Intenal Juggad Posting-mostly IJP's are closed by people who have an approach Appraisals/ratings are not discussed, and informed at a last stage where it cannot be modified if anyone not satisfied with it and no other option left with employee.
