The best part is the open work culture that we follow here. Each employee of Saviance are appreciated for the efforts they put on a daily basis and rewarded for the same. One can reach out to anyone in the organization for any sort of help. It's been good 5 years, working here at Saviance Technologies, and I doubt that there is suchan open atmosphere, where one can feel so comfortable while working. The one best part I can say, that we are able to achieve after Covid, is the diversity among the team members. We have employees from all over India now, which gives us an opportunity to learn new things from each other, about our different cultures, our views, our thought process and many more things that were not possible before Covid. Saviance needs to take some strict action for those employees, who is harmful for organisation. I think organisation needs 15 or 30 days notice period for employees.

Saviance Technologies is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work. Great compensation, company events, Fun-sessions, benefits, learning opportunities, training practices. I started working in 2020 and it's been 2.11 Yr. I have learned multiple skills and time management and it's a great place for learning. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help you. Saviance provokes its employees to grow personally along with professionally. In the month of December, they guided us to go for some courses as well which were very helpful for individual growth.

I just Join Saviance and I would say that my onboarding was great. Everything was explained step by step. It went smoothly in one go. They were informed about the process and what needed to be done from time to time and they also kept checking to make sure I was not confused or stuck in any step during the process
