If you never ever had headache in your life, join Savinace, it will give you non stop. And one day you might get heart attack as well.

Pathetic work environment. If you are good at foot licking then there you go, you are safe, you are gonna be appreciated. But if you do mind your own business then sorry they will target you unnecessary. They just need resumes not quality resumes. Good luck will turned down to bad luck. So I will not say good luck guys if you are going to join this company.

- the higher management treats you like trash - foot licking is necessary to save your job - can remove you anytime from the company without any reason - don't know how to handle their clients properly - forcefully making you participate in fun Friday events and if you don't attend they will threaten you stating that they will putyou on absent for the day - I would recommend not to join this company - two faced management they will say something at the first and later they say something else...Read More

The best part is the open work culture that we follow here. Each employee of Saviance are appreciated for the efforts they put on a daily basis and rewarded for the same. One can reach out to anyone in the organization for any sort of help. It's been good 5 years, working here at Saviance Technologies, and I doubt that there is suchan open atmosphere, where one can feel so comfortable while working. The one best part I can say, that we are able to achieve after Covid, is the diversity among the team members. We have employees from all over India now, which gives us an opportunity to learn new things from each other, about our different cultures, our views, our thought process and many more things that were not possible before Covid. I started working in 2020 and it's been 2.11 Yr. I have learned multiple skills and time management and it's a great place for learning. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help you. Saviance provokes its employees to grow personally along with professionally. In the month of December, they guided us to go for some courses as well which were very helpful for individual growth.

I just Join Saviance and I would say that my onboarding was great. Everything was explained step by step. It went smoothly in one go. They were informed about the process and what needed to be done from time to time and they also kept checking to make sure I was not confused or stuck in any step during the process
