Saviance needs to take some strict action for those employees, who is harmful for organisation. I think organisation needs 15 or 30 days notice period for employees.

Here employees are treated "EQUAL". The biggest power of saviance is "they believe in hardwork" which is so rare. i remember every time our manager motivates us saying- don't worry you did your best, lets try tomorrow. believe in yourself if will happen- if not today, one day..! there's alot to say about Saviance but end here saying- Join Saviance and experience the best career opportunity.
