To begin with they hired through a third party agency and did not provide any information about this upfront. It was only at the end that they mentioned it, and they claimed majority of employees were hired through a same process, which wasn't true. They manipulate the situation. Once I was in the system the manager - Kunal start putting a lot of pressure on us to get funds from the very first day. Even when we had no information about the organization. He initially tried to take credit for our leads in his name. He himself was in component and did not bring any leads in that quarter. He would humiliate and isolate us with rest of the organization. I tried to raise issue with CEO & HR with no luck....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
