To begin with they hired through a third party agency and did not provide any information about this upfront. It was only at the end that they mentioned it, and they claimed majority of employees were hired through a same process, which wasn't true. They manipulate the situation. Once I was in the system the manager - Kunal start putting a lot of pressure on us to get funds from the very first day. Even when we had no information about the organization. He initially tried to take credit for our leads in his name. He himself was in component and did not bring any leads in that quarter. He would humiliate and isolate us with rest of the organization. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
