Working with the team had good coordination, as far as the LOP is defined job security is good. No significant change in career and salary. The work environment is also good but limited innovation. I never go abroad for any training. Working with pastoral for natural resource management and food provision was very interesting experience of the lowland....Read More

The discrepancy in salary scale is the most, which I dislike but this may be due to the internal management style of the organization.

I had freedom to work freely and explore my knowledge and skill within the given scope. I have able to provide TOT to regional government staff for better skill and transfer of knowledge. I had all the facility to effectively implement my knowledge.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
