I was work with save the children more than 10 years on different position and in different projects.like project officer, program coordinator and acting on Area office manager.

Working with the team had good coordination, as far as the LOP is defined job security is good. No significant change in career and salary. The work environment is also good but limited innovation. I never go abroad for any training. Working with pastoral for natural resource management and food provision was very interesting experience of the lowland.

Dislikes

The discrepancy in salary scale is the most, which I dislike but this may be due to the internal management style of the organization.

I had freedom to work freely and explore my knowledge and skill within the given scope. I have able to provide TOT to regional government staff for better skill and transfer of knowledge. I had all the facility to effectively implement my knowledge.
