Working at reliance is good experience due to seamless process and work satisfaction is also good, gives all benefit like Accommodation and canteen food at less rate. Staff of company have positive attitude and give support at work

Dislikes

Less recognition and company hires employees on fixed term basis even you have all skills so no job security is there.

great work life balance, have to put up with lot of old people with regressive ideas and an overall regressive HR policy. you wont be fired, but you wont also be paid good. and say hello to single digit appraisals.

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.
