•      Responsible for end to end quality management, quality planning, quality assurance, for entire project rollout
•      Responsible for bills of quantities
•      Liaise with mpcm and site engineers and monitor the bill certification
•      Adhering to budgeted quantities & cost
•      Monitor cost analyses of the various types of construction Project
•      Monitor and control costs of project
•      Responsible for payments to contractors
•      Advise on any pending contractual claims
•      Communicate for training to site engineers on qs and bill certification

Education Required
•      BE(Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
