I worked 2+yrs and usually company give apprisal on yearly basis. 1. They deducted salary during covid 2. They forced multiple number of employees to resign during covid. 3. There will not be any personal life after joining this organisation. 4. You will get phone calls from branches and reporting manager till 11:00 5. High degree of politics involved. 6. As a accountant, if you are working any office other than corporate office, you will be allotted very basic work and there is nothing to learn for your future growth....Read More
