With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Health plus now going to close in some months but they give me only 3 days for registration that's not expected any more.. Everyone has family atleast 1 month they can give us for searching new job.. also HR not giving us any previous information about this things.. one day they set a meeting and told us u have only 3 days for resigned..

Very bad experience, lots of politics, company culture are very bed, no job security, zero promotion, zero implement , company only focus new acquisition sales, and new shop onboarding. At the time When you unable to provide the new sales and onboarding then company will be removed you. This is the company policy, total time waste.
