Trust me, you are at the right place!. People are very kind and helpful. You get to work on microcontroller-related work. Need to work on better technologies, and better projects in-house. The place of work needs an upgrade and should focus on inventing/developing more products. Appraisals can be made better. I genuinely wish the management would see this message and work on it and I know they will.
