Sarovar is a very employee friendly organisation governed with Fair and transparent in all dealings. Rovides Growth opportunities to deserving candidates. The review mechanism and timely guidance and correction is commendable.

Dislikes

Some of the review and reporting methodology is age old. Newer systems must be adopted to ensure they are user friendly and do not consume precious time of HODS and GM in compiling them

Work Details

It's very important to have a work and life balance and it is possible working at sarovar. Yes, the management is very clear about on duty and off duty timings. However teams can be seen working additional hours based on the specific needs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I like the staff whom I am managing otherwise hotel culture and salary packages are so so.

Dislikes

There are lot of things. Commence with the mgmt. not good at all. No learning for juniors even for seniors. Although, you have to learn everything by yourself and have to grow.

Experience is fine but you can’t learn anything here. Moreover, you have to just pass your day.
