Its a corporate job afterall. Sometimes you have special (paid) events on Sundays too. Taking leaves is not encouraged mostly. Though there is a job security as long as you perform really well, you should be aware that you can be easily replaced

Do u believe still a company without any basic govt offered benefits like pf, gratuity and all. YES it's Santamonica.. if they want they will say breach of contract if you resign and put you through hell by threating, the same management will say leave now , Looting public as well as employees. They don't like people who have common sense..

They literally loot employees as well as customers. for employees they will sign the contract not to resign and will harass mentally apart from that they are not ready to give any basic benefits like pf. for customers they charge from registration fees .They will market as if they are the best but every month employees will either resign or they will fire. they dont have any system to follow , what ever comes from their mouth is the rule(it will be bended based on how favourite the employee is , pathetic company ,...Read More
