Student relationship officer - Hyderabad

The Student Relationship Officer is responsible for managing the student journey from the initial inquiry stage to post-enrollment support. The officer will be the primary point of contact for students and will guide them through the application, visa process, pre-departure preparations, and their academic life while abroad. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with students to ensure their satisfaction and success throughout their study abroad experience.

1. Student Support & Guidance:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for students and their families during the pre-enrollment and post-enrollment stages.
• Provide personalized counseling regarding program choices, university selection, courses, scholarships, and visa requirements.
• Assist students with their applications to partner universities and ensure they meet all deadlines and requirements.
• Support students throughout the visa application process and answer related questions or concerns.
2. Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with students to ensure their satisfaction with the study abroad process.
• Regularly check in with students before, during, and after their study abroad program to ensure their needs are being met.
• Provide support and resolve any issues that arise during the students study abroad experience (e.g., accommodation, cultural adjustment, academic challenges).
3. Pre-Departure and Orientation Assistance:
   
• Organize and conduct pre-departure orientations for students to prepare them for life abroad, covering topics such as cultural differences, academic expectations, and health & safety.
• Provide information about travel arrangements, housing options, insurance, and other logistics.
• Ensure students are well-prepared emotionally and mentally for their transition abroad.
4. Student Retention & Satisfaction:
   
• Monitor and track student progress and experiences abroad to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that may impact retention.
• Provide ongoing counseling and assistance to students who may experience cultural adjustment or other challenges.
• Conduct post-program evaluations to gather feedback on the overall experience and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
   
• Work closely with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams to streamline the application process and improve student services.
• Coordinate with partner universities and organizations to ensure students have access to necessary resources and opportunities.
• Share student feedback with management to help refine and improve the study abroad services offered.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, progress, and feedback.
• Provide regular reports on student satisfaction, concerns, and program success to senior management.
7. Event Coordination:
   
• Assist in organizing and hosting student events such as webinars, information sessions, fairs, and alumni meet-ups.
• Engage with students through social media and other channels to keep them informed about upcoming events and opportunities.
