Job Description


We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure we attract top talent to meet the companys objectives.




Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Sourcing:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.), screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
    • Use modern recruitment tools and techniques to attract a diverse range of candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand department-specific hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from application to offer stage.
  • Job Description & Advertising:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to write clear and compelling job descriptions.
    • Post job openings on various platforms, including company website, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Interviewing & Selection:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
    • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture.
    • Provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers based on interview results.
  • Onboarding:
    • Assist with the new employee onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote and maintain the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various channels, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:
    • Engage with potential candidates even when there are no immediate openings, building a network of talented professionals for future roles.
