The SRO serves as a liaison between students, universities, and host institutions, ensuring students are well-prepared, informed, and supported throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Departure Support:
   
• Assist students with the application process for study abroad programs, including guidance on selecting courses and destinations.
• Provide information on visa requirements, accommodation options, insurance, and travel arrangements.
• Organize pre-departure orientations and workshops to prepare students for cultural adjustments, academic expectations, and living abroad.
• Offer personalized counseling and guidance on financial planning, including scholarships and budgeting.
2. Ongoing Student Support:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students while they are studying abroad.
