Student relation office(Female)

The Student Relations Officer will act as a primary point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad, providing guidance, support, and resources throughout their application and admission process. This role involves building strong relationships with students, ensuring an excellent service experience, and maintaining high conversion rates for enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Interaction:
   
• Counsel prospective students on available study abroad programs, universities, and career opportunities.
• Address inquiries through emails, calls, and face-to-face/virtual consultations.
2. Admissions Process Support:
   
• Guide students through application procedures, documentation, and admission requirements.
• Assist with SOPs, essays, and interview preparation for university admissions.
• Help students in visa application processes and related formalities.
3. Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain continuous communication with students to address concerns and provide updates on application status.
• Build and nurture relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
4. Information Dissemination:
   
• Provide information on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and other funding options.
• Share updates on university admission deadlines and changing requirements.
5. Coordination and Reporting:
   
• Liaise with internal teams, partner universities, and immigration consultants for smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, communications, and progress.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, enrollments, and feedback.
