Before joining sanofi i heard that in Sanofi there is best culture in pharmaceutical industry, but when i joined then i see the reality that there is no job security, i joined in march 2019. From march 2019 they terminated 3 colleagues from my team. So there is no job security. Before joining sanofi All the colleagues are working invery reputed MNC company. There is no job security, 2 days back one of my colleague from my team terminated due to poor performance. In this pandemic era every where is poor performance. In this pandemic situation they terminated their employees. I had 6 yr of experience but never see this type of culture.
