Few people like IT department , Reporting Department and Marketing Head was only supportive

There is extreme politics , non supportive management, there is no direct line of management... Everything is mixed up. Salary is also not credited on time plus no appointment letter is provided here in this company. Abusive words are used by the MD Newcomers are harassed like anything. Life is complete hell over here
