However, if there is no significant improvement after the PIP, we may need to make decisions that are in the best interest of the team’s overall strength and productivity. We are committed to creating an environment where all employees can thrive and succeed. Regarding your concerns to address extended working hours, we’ve already implemented flexible timings, a half-day on Saturdays, and one work-from-home day each month. To ensure employees are fairly compensated for their extra efforts, we offer compensatory offs for any work done due to client requirements or escalations.
