There is a dictator sitting on the post of Principal who is very much interested in harrassing employees. She believes in slavery, she treats everyone like slave, she doesn't listen to anybody's opinion. Very unprofessional policies, pay is not equivalent to the workload, almost 10 to 12 working hours. A small mistake from your sideand you are insulted in a meeting in front of everyone moreover you are not given chance to explain your side. She expects excellent result even from below average students and if the result is not good she blames teacher. Maybe she doesn't understand that every child has different ability. Everybody is not good at studies. But according to her every student appearing for exam should become an IAS officer. Most of the times underqualified teachers are hired and they are made to work very hard in less salary saying that you are not qualified enough to get high salary<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security at all, any teacher can be terminated at any point of time without any intimation</mark>. Employees can not get leaves even during emergencies. No PF, No insurence. The for us is on donkey labour and not smart work . The leader of institution doesn’t have any family life so keeps sitting in her office till late and keeping others also around for extended hours when work can be completed will in time .

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as I was not aware about the school polices. I learnt new things on the job. I got a chance to showcase my creativity. Principal ma'am was too helpfull. She loves people who think outofthebox
