Long working hours 8.15am - 5pm Night preparation classes regular 6pm to 8pm (During exam additional prep 9.30pm to 10.30pm and sometimes morning prep as well 5.30am to 7.30am) Rough behavior on resignation, in getting papers No work life balance May be called for duty even on holidays. Mostly working even in public holidays Lack of HR policies No career growth opportunities for worksops No increments No PF No insurance

Free food and accommodation provided by company. Trainings held by them for teachers.

...ch work load for Mathematics Teachers. Many times I was waiting till late night. Also salary is credited after 10th of month.

first of all I am saying sorry to Our Sports HOD, he is not suitable for the HoD he is the not qualified for that and he don't know how to treat the other coaches. and most think Is he is he have state partiality... this is not one my problem those who are worked left the all coaches problem. please keep take a serious action of him. remaining all the thinks are so good in that campus . special thanks to Mrs Mohanthi ma'am 🙏.

1.No fixed policies Leave policies are pathetic 2.Little or no work life balance 3. No fixed working hours Workings long hours are encouraged and rewarded 4. Very poor job stability

Sorry. I can't say I liked something actually. Promises are given, never to be fulfilled.

...heir necks. To carry my hubby to the hospital, I had to plead for an ambulance. Was given 50% salary through out the pandemic and that also after lot of humiliation. Never ever I will advise anyone to fall for false promises given. Take everything in writing. For night classes, was made to beg literally for a transport.
