Dislikes

There is 2 years of training for fresher. Also, for company employee there is notice period of 3 months after resigning.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles. All thanks to my manager.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
