Absolutely horrible place to work for. Colonial culture of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time</mark>. Avoid this company at all cost, if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company. The processes internally are so bad that they will stop your growth and rate you subjectively basis your visibility to your bosses rather than objectively basis achieved numbers. Pro-tip: In case you consider them for whatever reason, do not put down papers in your current company until you're double sure.
