Business Center Associate (Manpower Payroll)

Role & responsibilities

• B2B Solutions deployment
• Product trainings for internal sales team as well as customers/partners
• New Product Deployment (post new launches)
• Existing device renewals (monthly)
• Existing and EOL device management (renewals, scrapping, reporting to Risk Management and Finance team)
• Quarterly Device Audit and Reporting- in guidance with Finance and Risk management team
• Cross functional alignment with Admin/General Affairs/IT/HR and support teams for overall daily management of EBC
• Moderate Knowledge on Technology platforms like Android, Windows, IOS, Unix, Open Source etc
• Moderate knowledge of hardware troubleshooting

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having an MBA degree or having relevant experience in business center management/retail store management will be preferred.
