1. Incompetent Managers RM/PH/GH 2. Bootlickers have retirement plans here 3. Skills will rust and nothing to learn 4. If you are into Testing/Devops/Process of SE Team, then your career is spoiled as everyone in the ladder are corrupt. 5. HR is toothless as they only listen and not act to employee concerns (multiple cases of harassment are reported) 6. Higher/Mid Management dont have any IT/Programming/People skills but surviving somehow with Excel/ppt 7. IIT/NIT recruits and Regulars have huge pay parity at same level. Even then IIT/NITians leave within 2-3yrs span bcz of declining growth. 8. Substandard development 9. Only focus on long approval/workflow security processes 10. Politics at its best 11. I was working in SOC Design Team as Lead Engineer (VLSI Domain), in this the work Samsung R&D Delhi Division gets from Korea is very stagnant for growth. No new projects just working on improving legacy code and the employees who has been part from longer run are not helpful. The work is not challenging enough and it would not consume the whole time on many days and that's another problem you have to sit for 8.30 Hrs. to mark attendance or complete the weekly time and shortfall you have to apply leaves or pay from salary.
