The only reason i have joined samagra is because of its idea. How ever amazing the idea is, it makes no sense if a fool tries to lead or implement it.

The founder has made pre calculated decision about the business, he doesn't look at the data or ground reality. Very poor decision making quality. He doesn't trust his employees. In the span of a year, they have an employee exit ratio of 1 from core team. He blames the women entrepreneurs for his mistakes. How much ever you work, he is never satisfied. Even though he didn't pay salaries, people have given 100% dedication and still blamed us for those. He cannot manage the organization if he is tensed. He has one of the worst exit policies which makes the person, if they leave never to use the experience in other places. He cannot deal with government officials, entrepreneurs or his own employees. He insisted people to leave the company, when they resign he torturous them insulting them in front of everyone. He has no values. Work Details

This is one of the organizations, i have learned how important is decision making with data. How to implement and enrich processes based on data. I did data analytics, field survey, looked into the app development.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
