Dislikes

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Samaaro. And even there is, I am confident that the issue will be addressed immediately. That is the kind of culture the organization has.

I joined Samaaro as a content marketer but my roles have not been restricted to the same. Through-out the course of my two-year journey, I've had the opportunity to learn something new regularly, which is what I was looking for in a company.

The best aspect about working at Samaaro is the team. Firstly the strong founding team who have the experience and ambition to drive the company towards a vision of providing best experience to all their stakeholders. And then comes the interconnectivity and ease of communication between the respective teams be it sales or back-end developers or the marketing teams, everyone is very accessible and supportive to one another. The essential glue that holds everyone together is the culture, and no doubt the leadership is doing a pretty good job at meaning what they say. They help you get the work done and let you know when you need a break as well. There's nothing really to dislike about working at Samaaro. Honestly in the one year that I have spent at the company never have I felt stressed to work. It's been a pleasure working with each and every member of the company.
