Only thing I'm happy about the company is that they'll pay your salaries in time.

Dislikes

I won't recommend the company as long as you aren't a beginner who just want to start your career somewhere. I was an Engineer there, and the work pressure is too much. You'll have to assume the roles of not only an engineer, but a foreman or anything else as per the necessity. No work life balance. Sometimes I had to work on holidays, or even 24 hour shifts, but without any overtime pay or compensatory leave<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They're eager to cut your salary for minor things, but when you ask for an increment after two years, they'll make you run after them forever, and yet won't give the adequate increment or consideration</mark>. Even to get minor things done, you'll have to run after everyone, too much follow ups needed. No system, structure or proper way of organization. When I resigned, I was entitled to get around 4000 AED as my end of service gratuity and all. They not only didn't give me a penny, but they held my last month salary with them. Favoritism is at it's peak here. If you aren't a loyal informer of anyone in the head office, you won't have a good time there. You won't get the salary adequate for your position and role too.
