The payroll cycle should be 30th or 31st of every month, and not on 7th. The Pay-slip doesn't get generated on time.

Worst company to work for as sales guy. you are considered as a toy rather than a human being.... Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.
